The WDX Immersive Wedding Fayre at Rushpool Hall

Our latest WDX Immersive Wedding Experience at Rushpool Hall was an incredible day full of wedding inspiration, relaxed conversations and a brilliant atmosphere from start to finish.

Couples were able to explore the venue, meet a carefully selected group of suppliers and see wedding ideas come to life in a much more natural way than a traditional wedding fayre. With a styled ceremony space, model bride and groom, and suppliers showcased throughout the venue, the day gave guests a real feel for how their own wedding could look.

The feedback from both couples and suppliers has been amazing. Many loved the relaxed format, the extra space to talk properly, and the chance to experience suppliers in action rather than just seeing them behind a table.

A huge thank you to Rushpool Hall for hosting us, to every supplier who helped bring the event together, and to all the couples who came along. The day was a perfect example of what WDX is all about: quality over quantity, genuine inspiration and wedding planning made exciting.

We were recently the host venue for the Immersive Wedding Experience here at Rogerthorpe Manor Hotel. We were initially a little nervous what to expect but what a thouroughly well organised brilliant event. WDX are fantastic at what they do, we have had nothing but positive feedback from couples & suppliers alike. We will definatley be putting some more dates in the diary for next year - a very busy successful day for all involved

I was part of the Immersive Wedding Fair at Rogerthorpe Manor Hotel on Sunday 1st March 2026. They were so welcoming and had done an incredible job organising such a unique event. The whole experience was amazing and something very different to be part of. I cannot wait to attend their next event at Rushpool Hall in April and continue to build a working relationship with them both. Highly recommend anyone getting involved, you won’t regret it!
